Housing of new ways of working: predictors for success
In a recent study best and worst cases of workplace innovation were compared. That provides some interesting lessons. Facility managers, architects and project teams can use this information to develop new working environments and related new ways of working.

12:30 to 13:15 pm
The impact of layout: lessons for a successful working environment
Research shows that the placement of desks, meeting spaces and facilities such as pantries and printers in the office have a major impact on the way end-users experience the office. What are the do's and don'ts when designing and equipping a (new) office. Architects, project teams and suppliers can use this information when advising clients about the new environment.

13:30 to 14:15 pm
New environment, different behavior? Time to Play the Workplace Game!
A new environment demands for a different attitude and different arrangements. In a flexible work environment one should take one other more into consideration, in practice this is not obvious. What do you say when someone next to you is speaking out loud into the phone, when a collegue collects used coffee cups and when another co-worker always forgets to take his stuff from the meeting room. The 'Workplace Game' draws attention to the new behavior associated with and required for the change.
